Photo to dance video

Photo to dance video: two photos in, one dance clip out

Upload one clear photo per performer and get a 15-second dance video back. No prompt, no motion reference, no editing - the choreography, the barn and the film look are already fixed; only the cast comes from your photos.

What photo-to-dance generation does

The model reads each photo for one thing: who the person is. Pose, background and lighting in the source photo are discarded - what carries over is the face, hair, build and outfit. That is why a plain, front-facing, evenly lit photo works far better than a dramatic one, and why the source photo's pose does not need to resemble the dance at all.

What comes back is a fixed performance, not a freestyle: the same three beats every time (the tiptoe in, the shush to camera, the arms-out dance), 15 seconds, 16:9, delivered silent so you can lay the trending sound over it. Two performers are generated from two separate photos, so nobody gets averaged into one blended face.

What photo-to-dance does not do yet: it will not fix hands and feet at high magnification, it will not hold a single identity across a 60-second multi-scene video, it will not change the outfit the photo is wearing, and it will not reproduce a specific dance from a video you supply. Knowing those limits is most of the reason people get a good result on the first try instead of the fifth.

Photo 1 becomes the little man who tiptoes, shushes and dances. Photo 2 becomes the maiden who waits in the hay and reacts.

For the best result

  • One person (or pet) per photo, facing the camera
  • Face clear and well lit - no sunglasses, hats or hands over it
  • Head to the waist or knees, so the outfit shows
  • No mirror selfies - the phone can end up in the video

Choose quality

Every beat of the barn clip - the tiptoe, the shush, the arms-out dance - in one 15-second 16:9 video.

Rumpelstiltskin AI questions

This scene has two roles, so it asks for two photos - one for the little man who dances in, one for the partner watching from the hay. If you only have one photo of your main subject, add anyone else (or a pet) as the second performer; both are generated separately.
